簡要描述：單光子相機(jī)SPAD+TDC相機(jī)是基于32x32智能像素，每個(gè)像素包含一個(gè)SPAD（單光子雪崩二極管）探測器和一個(gè)時(shí)間數(shù)字轉(zhuǎn)換器（TDC）。在2D /強(qiáng)度模式下，SPAD陣列每幀提供1024個(gè)“字"，每個(gè)“字"6bit（即單幀光子計(jì)數(shù)動(dòng)態(tài)最多64光子）。
單光子相機(jī)32x32 SPAD+TDC camera SPAD+TDC在3D深度分辨/計(jì)時(shí)模式下，SPAD陣列每幀提供1024個(gè)“字"，每個(gè)“字"10bit（即單幀時(shí)間分辨低至312 ps，滿量程范圍320 ns）。幀數(shù)在burst模式下高達(dá)100kfps（即最小積分幀時(shí)間為10 us），連續(xù)模式為10kfps。
